Spiritual program coordinatorThe Root Institute for Wisdom Culture, a socially engaged religion center, seeks to recruit a dynamic, organized and compassionate person as our Spiritual Program Coordinator (SPC).
The Spiritual Program Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the quality, diversity and depth of our spiritual programs, reflecting the unique learning styles of Lama Thuben Yeshe and Lama Zopa Rinpoche.
SPC's primary responsibility is to work harmoniously with the Center Director in nurturing the spiritual needs of the residential, and transitory international, community of the Root Institute. The SPC acts as the representative of the Center in this regard.
During our busy season (September to April) SPC is responsible for the planning and coordination of introductory, intermediate and advanced courses offered by our guest Geshe and visiting teachers in our spiritual program, which are sacred Buddhist pilgrimage sites, meditation and other Meditating practices meditate.
